Tariff
From Wednesday 1st May 2025 the price of our rooms is £129 per room per night. Single occupancy is charged at £119 per room per night. A minimum stay of 2 nights is required.
During Christmas, New Year and The Forties Weekend 2025 the price per room per night is £150 (£140 for single occupancy)
Two-night or single-night stays may be possible out of season. Please call us to check availability.
Over 18s only with two people maximum to share a room – no exceptions.
Our bedrooms
An excellent night’s sleep in a safe and comfortable environment
We are proud of our three Kingsize en-suite guest bedrooms, Lobster, Crab and Scallop.
All three offer an air of calm tranquillity with glimpses of the sea. We have gentle, ambient lighting in all the rooms with additional adjustable task lights for your convenience.
The rooms are furnished with clean, crisp white linen and we offer different tog weight duvets depending on the season. There is plenty of space to hang your clothes, lots of room for toiletries and everyday paraphernalia and, for your convenience, there is a hairdryer, bedspread and full-length mirror.
The rooms are fully Wi-Fi enabled and the 32″ Flatscreen TVs have access to all the Freeview channels, internet and radio (you will need to bring your subscription details for Netflix and Amazon Prime).
You only need to ask if you need an iron and ironing board.

A great shower
We believe a great shower is the best start to your day. Our en-suite shower rooms are roomy and have power showers with non-slip trays, anti-mist mirrors and a heated towel rail.
